Annual Support Contract
isee systems provides technical support and maintenance to customers who own version 9 of the iThink or STELLA software and who own a current technical support plan.
Technical Support is provided by telephone or e-mail and includes software installation support, troubleshooting and general "how-to" questions. Maintenance includes patches, updates, and minor software releases.
Our support team is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm Eastern Time, except on company holidays .
