customers who own version 9.1 and above of the iThink or STELLA software and who
own a current technical support plan.
Technical support is provided by telephone or e-mail and includes
software installation support, troubleshooting and general "how-to" questions.
Maintenance includes patches, updates, and minor software releases. In-depth
modeling support is available through our qualified consulting and training partners.
