Overview
The value an enterprise creates is determined by its business model: this defines how an enterprise, its suppliers and its partners work together to create and sustain profitable products and services.
This workshop shows how the value creation potential in enterprises and their value chains can be identified using System Dynamics and iThink. New value creation strategies are developed and explored using simulation analysis.
Modeling Business Models and Process with iThink will be delivered in German language and focuses on those responsible for corporate business development and strategy departments.
No prior experience with iThink and System Dynamics is required. Participants may bring their laptops or can request a laptop be available. If you don’t own a license for iThink, a special 30-day workshop licenses will be provided as part of your course materials.
